Liposuction, or the removal of excess fats from many different parts of the human body, has reached popularity over the years. It may also be the worst culprit for people refusing to workout and watch what they eat. The liposuction process in reality begun in Rome, Italy in 1974. Two American surgeons, Giorgio and Arpad Fischer established the base for this process.
