Aren't you tired of making excuses and justifications as to why you are not "ready" to start a fitness regimen?

Aren’t you tired of making excuses and justifications as to why you are not “ready” to start a fitness regimen?

You are not alone. If you are reading this article, you are probably one of those people who have come up with reasons and justifications why they are not “ready” to start exercising or eating healthy, and feeling “guilty” afterwards. You promise yourself that you will definitely “start tomorrow,” “when you have the time,” “when you have the money,” etc. The question is, are you ready to drop the excuses and drop the weight? Are you now ready to see results and start seeing those gorgeous changes in that already beautiful feminine body?

However, it is not just about getting that perfectly sculpted body. It is really about being fit and healthy and maintaining a healthier lifestyle. Getting a toned body is the inevitable result of practicing a healthier lifestyle, but the most important reward you take away is your life. It is easy to take life for granted, but notice the difference when you are sick. When you are sick, you cannot go out with friends, go for walks and basically, just enjoy life. When you are sick, you can’t even enjoy food in the first place! Being sick simply sucks!

So what do you say? Let’s start looking at these excuses and tear them down one by one!

Excuse 1 – “I’m exhausted! I simply don’t have the time.”

Believable isn’t it? If you think about it, it actually sounds reasonable. Afterall, you work at least eight hours a day, add maybe an hour or two of daily commute, chores to do when you get home, personal calls and emails you simply “must return.” What about time for yourself? What about that TV show you’ve been following? Let’s face it, isn’t it your only form of recreation for yourself? What about that Facebook status that you need to update? Wow! What a laundry list! Oh yes! That too! You have to do laundry! How can anybody fit in laundry after all that! What about sleep? When are you going to sleep? You’re right. By the time you’re done, it’s bedtime.

You’re not the only one who is in the same position. Most people have a regular 8-hour or so work day, have kids and other personal matters to attend to, but they make a choice to include a fitness regimen in their daily routine. The following are just some simple options that you can consider.

During that half-hour break, can you use it to go outside and take a five-minute walk? Okay, fine, it’s winter. How about walking up and down the stairs? It’s a one-story building, you say? What about buying a pair of barbells and doing some curls on your desk or kettle bells. All it takes is five minutes.

You can still watch TV, do laundry or read a book and do some simple exercises during without really disrupting or distracting your attention from what you are reading. Rest and relaxation is important in fitness, just make sure that you don’t incorporate unhealthy habits like eating fatty and unhealthy snacks while doing your daily evening routine. If you must snack, do some online research as there are many healthy snack alternatives available out there! Choose the one that you like the best and stay with it.

The only excuse that you are allowed to have is the one on giving yourself and your body enough hours of sleep. If you are truly too tired to exercise, just do yourself and your body a favor by not subjecting it to further strain by not eating fatty unhealthy snacks, but instead, rest and sleep. At the very least, your body is able to repair those muscles that have been worn off and also build your immune system.

Excuse #2 – “I cannot afford a gym membership. I don’t have any exercise equipment.”

It’s really up to you. Do you really believe this? You have to be honest with yourself. Until you are ready to admit to yourself that you are simply making excuses, until you are ready to make that first step, you are going to stay where you are right now. That’s just a fact. You do not need gym memberships or expensive equipment to be fit. That’s the bottomline. These days, resources, FREE resources are literally at your fingertips. There are many online resources that can give you exercise options that can fit your schedule and your lifestyle. All you have to do is pick one and stick to it. At the very least, make a habit of going for walks every day, either by yourself or with a friend. Not only will it exercise you, but it will also allow you to decompress, take away stress and introduce fresh air into your poor tired system.

Excuse #3 – “I am not well enough, or young anymore to exercise.”

All you really need to do to disprove this excuse (if you want to), is go to a Senior’s Center and see seniors much older than you, some even in wheel chairs, exercising, dancing, shaking their booties and having a ball! Shame on you for using this as an excuse!

With very few exceptions, and only if your doctor truly sees it as detrimental to your health, that you can use sickness as an excuse. The medical profession has embraced and recognized the importance of having some form of exercise included in your daily routine. As a matter of fact, you should check out Zumba Gold on youtube, and you will see older people, people in wheelchairs and even morbidly obese people dancing to a fast Latin beat and having a blast. This popular Latin-based fitness is specifically designed to cater to these special groups.

At the end of the day, it is your decision – do you want to be fit or do you want to stay the same? The only thing standing in your way is an excuse.

There is so much buzz about how diseases such as diabetes and hypertension are on the rise due to the fact that some people weigh more than their appropriate weights.

This has made a lot of people more wary of their size. In response, different diets and exercise regimens are also on a rise in order to cater to those people who wish to lose weight.

What I don’t like about fancy diets is the fact that most of these diets work on the principle of depriving the body of different forms of nourishment that the body needs to function optimally. They make us lower our caloric intake.

But generally, the problem with this is that we don’t lose all the effectively but rather we burn our muscles as well.

If we start burning our muscles and not our fat, that can be very problematic. In fact, we need more muscle in our bodies and experts in the fitness industry can attest to that. That is why it is impertinent that you make sure that your work out target your fat and not shrink your muscles.

There are plenty of weight loss e-books online but the e-book that stands out for me is the Burn the Fat.

The Burn the Fat e-book was written by professional body builder Tom Venuto. The main approach of the book is long term weight loss, not yo-yo.

There are so many diets that promise that you lose weight in just so and so days but you regain all the weight but, and maybe more than that, in just a few weeks.

Burn the Fat includes only those exercises that are effective in making you lose weight through burning your fats and, at the same time, toning your body.

You will not have to contend with getting flabby arms or legs like most dieters often do.

The e-book also offers information about what one person should eat that can help him get rid of all that fat.

The secret to losing weight efficiently is through exercise and consuming foods in the right portions and servings.

Although the most essential factor of attempting to get six pack abs is a correct fat loss eating regimen, you need to work your abs to become well-developed, sturdy, and outwardly pleasing. A common false impression about abdominal training is that it demands limitless sets and reps of body weight crunches, sit-ups, along with leg raises. Quite the opposite, the abs and obliques require the same heavy stimulus as other muscles to develop. Subsequently, the best way to get 6 pack abs is to use weights and other external forms of resistance. Listed here are six weighted belly workouts that will enable you to acquire an awesome set of 6 pack abs.

1. Standing Cable Crunches Since most sport-specific situations, heavy lifts, and day-to-day basic labor duties call for you to move in an upright position, it only makes sense to train your abdominals that method, as well. Since it’s impossible to make use of a free weight to add resistance to the crunch or sit-up movement while standing, you need to make use of an overhead pulley system instead. Using a rope attachment with the both ends held to your chest, perform standing crunches. You possibly can face the machine and permit your hips and abdominals complete freedom of motion, or you may position facing away from the pulley, along with your bottom braced against it to cause the movement as rigorous and tough as achievable.

2. Kneeling Cable Crunches This is practically the identical work out as standing cable crunches, however performed while kneeling on the floor and normally facing the pulley. Most people find this to be a more difficult variant of the standing crunch. This movement can also be an old time favourite for bodybuilders trying to get six pack abdominals for a contest.

3. Weighted Sit-ups Relying on the way you do them, weighted sit-ups can either be one of many easiest or one of the hardest belly exercises you perform. A lot of trainees pile up a giant stack of weights on their abdomen to perform sit-ups however get little or no benefit out of the motion. This is because the weights are so near the source of the movement, the hips, that even a large amount of weight produces very little torque, or opposition on the abdominals. The proper approach to add weight to sit-ups is to hold a plate behind your head. Even a tiny amount of weight will cause this work out extremely difficult and one of the best ways to get 6 pack abs.

4. Resistance Band Crunches Numerous gyms provide large elastic bands which trainees may use to add additional resistance to barbells, dumbbells, and machines. Nevertheless, the bands are nice on their own for all types of purposes. One among these is the standing crunch. Loop a band around some sort of pillar or column, brace your backside against stated post, and carry out rigorous crunches.

5. Dumbbell Side Bends In addition to attempting to get six pack abs, you should act on the remainder of your foundation. To strengthen and solidify the obliques, do side bends while carrying a heavy dumbbell at the side to which you’re bending. Lots of novice bodybuilders and private trainers are quick to remove this exercise from a weight training plan for fear that it’s going to make the waist too thick or “blocky.” In actuality, this is not something most people want to worry about, and it is best to exercise the obliques just as heavy and arduous as the abdominals. They perfectly compliment the look of a set of six pack abs, and they’re just as necessary for athletic and a weight lifting show.

6. Squats and Deadlifts Although squats and deadlifts usually are not focused stomach workout routines, they tax your abdominals to the limit in a way no other set of crunches or sit-ups can. They each heavily recruit the abdominals and obliques to help support the lower back against the heavy loads that almost all trainees can use for these movements. Many weight lifters who’re sturdy on these movements have great six pack abs and never even do any direct stomach work.

After you may have gotten your fat loss diet in order, you will need to focus on training your abdominals and obliques hard and heavy to get that nice set of six pack abs. With these workouts, you’ll be able to ensure you’ve got a chiseled stomach to show off once the fat melts away.
