Dealing with fibromyalgia pain can be frustrating and there are some medications out there that you can take, but they always have some side effects. There is a natural way to treat your symptoms. A fibromyalgia pain relief lotion is one method that you can use to relief your pain. So why not try making the lotion for yourself. The supplies you’ll need are: 1 cup of distilled water (or) 1 cup of Aloe Vera juice / (your choice of either) Grape-Seed (or) Coconut oil / (1 Tbsp) of liquid lecithin / Essential Oils (your choice of) peppermint, spike lavender or Helichrysum. You’ll also use a blender, or a regular mixing-bowl to mix the ingredients. Also, you’ll need a small Container for storing the mixed ingredients in afterward.

Mixing Directions: Use (either) 1 cup of distilled water (or) 1 cup of Aloe Vera Juice \ pour into your mixing-bowl (or) blender. (Add) >> (1 tablespoon of) Liquid Lecithin Essential Oil. (Add) >> (1 tablespoon of) *Grape-Seed, *Coconut, *Almond, or *Olive Oil. Blend the ingredients together.

Note: You can also substitute the distilled water, with Aloe Vera Juice instead. This will make your lotion more nourishing for your skin. The oil chosen for your Fibromyalgia pain relief lotion is entirely up to you. Grape-Seed is a good choice for those with sensitive skin. Coconut oil works well on dry skin. If these oils aren’t available, Almond or Olive oil can be used, as well.

**Mixing** Mix using either the “cream” (or) “whip” setting on your blender (or) mixer.

Fill container with lotion and store in a dark, cool location. In hot climates, you may want to refrigerate the container. Now, it’s ready to use as you like. Simply massage the lotion into your skin as needed for Fibromyalgia pain relief. I hope this helps! Send me a note if you like, telling me of your experience with this mixture. Thanks.. Jacueline
