Eczema may pertain to any of the various skin problems, which is characterized by reddened Eczema rashes and itchy skin. It is commonly accompanied by crusting, peeling and dryness. Those with advanced symptoms may also have seeping, weeping, blistering and cracking skin. In spite of its varying symptoms, Eczema normally affects the outer layer of the skin or “dermis”, thus, the name dermatitis.
